Exercise 2

Part A
Ban in public buses targets Muslims in Xinjiang

As part of defining the inter-cultural conflict, I used the advertisement above to show how authorities are considering every Muslim. It's obvious from the drawing that every Muslim Character is bad with devious features and they should be reported on sight if they rode the bus.
The conflict of Banning Muslims From Riding public buses( Government Vs Muslims):    The government view the matter by (honor/shame). Since they value the life of their people and honor it, they'll be shamed if these lives are jeopardized by bombing.while Muslims believe that you can't be held for something you didn't commit which is the principle of (innocence/guilt). Due to this conflict, the best solution is to provide public buses for Muslims.

Part B
Analyzing My worldview

Using the quiz of the world views, It gave me an insight on why and how I behave. My score varied but the lowest mark was for the (Power/Fear) principle which suppose that my personality doesn't assess hierarchy or even associate with powerful people. On the other hand, the scores of the other perspectives were really close that the difference between them is 1 mark. It does make sense for me and also make me feel good about myself that my character obeys the law, has critical thinking (Innocence/Guilt). In addition, it has the genuine qualities of my ancestors like assessing each situation, thinking of my group of people(Honor/Shame). All in all, I believe that some characteristics are inherited just like face and body features.

Exercise 1

Bull Fighting

Each country has some kind of traditional activities. Some of them are irrational for example the bullfighting in Spain. The pull fighting in short is making a bunch of bulls run through a track full of people and most probably hurt some of them, then be killed in an arena with no point. People are coming from all around the world for the festivity not the bulls. Travelers and tourists can't help themselves when it comes to celebrations.Unfortunately, Some traditions just can't be changed.
